Mother Gaston

This 13-story mixed-use building—comprising around 87,000 square feet that include a residential area, commercial space, community facilities, and an enclosed parking garage for 80 vehicles—is situated in the heart of Brownsville, Brooklyn, on Mother Gaston Boulevard. The developers envisioned a modern building that would revitalize the area, while staying true to the character of the neighborhood. 

HHDESIGNERS managed the design development from start to finish, creating extensively detailed interior plans, specs and renderings. Using basic, durable materials in the most advantageous way to maximize the client’s ROI, the end design achieved an aesthetically striking look while staying within the client’s budget. The building has already begun to turn heads and elevate the surrounding neighborhood with a fresh, urban vibe.
